Everyone at the Wheeling meet did well. There were a lot of swimmers that dropped times. The Sprints invitation sign ups are due this Wednesday. Next goal setting session is Sunday from 1-3 with Ryan. Ryan has posted the top times

Financial Report given by: Norah Ginty

$13,200 in checking account. There are 2 teams that have not paid from the invitation, Grove City and Marietta. Some families have not paid there concession fee and that list will be obtained so that the team can get the concessions fees paid up. Jim will check with Norah on the concession fees.

New Business:

Pasta Party is scheduled for Thursday March 19. It will be held at the Fairfield Christian Academy. And catered by a person that works there.
Zone lodging is at the Holiday inn Express, This is posted on the swim team board.
Moose lodge has been reserved for awards but we will investigate other options because they are charging us $275 and not allowing food.
We will be restructuring the parent volunteers for next season. All families will be required to volunteer or their child will not be able to swim. We will also look at the feasibility of assessing a fee to those who do not volunteer.
Sue Johnson and Suzanne Young will check with PSI for team shirts and is working on awards for the end of the season, Tshirts will say “Take my picture by the pool, cause I’m the next big thing.”
It was motioned that we sell all left over candy to the HS boosters so that we will not have it stored at the Y until summer. Sue Johnson motioned and Maryann Henderson seconded the motion.
