DePietro called the meeting to order.
Minutes from
the March 8th were submitted and approved.
Treasurer’s
Report: Reports for February and
March were submitted and approved.
Presidents
Report: President Depietro reported on the Zone meet. LYST finished 21st
overall which is very good. Winter National Times were swam by Nick Petit and
Summer National Times were swam by three different swimmers. In keeping with
past policy Jim and Cathy made a decision to provide Coach Kevin with a per
diem of $120.00 for the National Meet and each qualifing swimmer a gift of
$100.00 to help offset costs.
Jim
reported on the end of season dessert and feed back from the questionnaire
provided to parents with better communication being the number one concern.
The
board discussed clean up, inventory and purchasing for next year. Clean up day
was set for Tuesday, May 3rd at 5:00pm.
Cluster
meeting date was announced for May 14th, 2005 at 10:00am in Cambridge.
The
board set the seasonal organizational meeting for Sunday May 22nd
from 1:00 to 3:00. At that meeting various chairpersons for the invitational
will need to be assigned and plans for the meet initiated. Jim needed time
lines and Stacy McQueery said he will provide them.
