Payment of Fees Policy

Program and/or team fees must be paid prior to the 1st of the month for the upcoming activity. For example, fees for October activities or practices must be paid prior to October 1 to avoid a late fee ($10.00).

Youth will not be allowed to participate if fees are two months in arrears. In the above example, if the October fees, including late fees, are not paid prior to November 1, the youth involved will be permanently dropped from the team or program. Please do not allow this to happen. You also have the option of paying all fees at the beginning, or "paying ahead." If you are worried about paying on time to avoid late fees, choose this option!

There will be no invoicing of fees. It is your responsibility to make payments in a timely fashion. If you need financial assistance for your child to participate in Y activities, it is available. Please obtain this information from the front desk and follow their direction.

If you have special circumstances that will affect the timing of fee payment, please speak to the program director before the program begins.

The fees that you are responsible for to be on the LYST Swim Team are:

Head Coach Heather Parkman or Aquatics Director Stacy McQueary asigns swimmers their levels prior to registering. The registration fee and Level fees are payable to the front desk of the Robert K. Fox Family Y, with your YMCA Membership fees. All swimmers must be members of the Family Y.

LYST Booster Fee - $XX.XX per family
Please make checks payable to "LYST", and place in the Treasurer's mailbox near the LYST bulletin board, near the Wendel Pool side hallway.
